SWEET POLENTA PANCAKES
125 g 00 flour
180 g pre-
2 organic oranges
50 g caster sugar
50 g butter
Oil, for frying (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Put the butter, 125 g of water and a pinch of salt into a saucepan. Bring slowly to the boil, remove the saucepan from the heat and add all the flour.
