Polenta dumplings with  "old-fashioned" stracchino and luganega (sausage)

Ingredients  (5 servings)

450 g cold polenta
100 r diced "old – fashioned" stracchino cheese
50 g Parmesan cheese
1 lump butter
50 g tomato sauce
70 g sausage
black pepper


Put the lump of butter in a non-stick pan and let it melt. Then add to it the crumbled sausage and  the cold polenta you have cut into small cubes. Cook it for some minutes on high fire. Pour into the mixture  the tomato sauce and the Parmesan cheese.
When the sauce gets thicker, add the diced "old – fashioned" stracchino cheese.
Serve the dumpligs very hot.
